Track and Field Spectator

I came across this blurry shot in a series of negatives on a track and field day being held at OCHS. This person is so oooooooo 1970's. I am struggling for a name here, and the deep recesses of my memory bank want to say that perhaps the surname of this student is Shutka or Shine, but I can't come up with anything more definite.
